Tuscany House

The house is located on the ridge of the heights overlooking the baths of Saturnia in a particularly scenic location 360 ', at a distance, as the crow flies, less than 2,000 meters from the same thermal baths and overlooking the new golf course, that the house and its relevance and properties area, overlooking a prime location and practically adjacent.
The openings of the house, windows and doors, were all made of padded pore blocks of 15 x 30 travertine open the famous local quarry.
All floorings and coatings are made, also, with the same material of the intrados, in this case, with the grouting in color of all the pores, with two shades of color on the same hue to create valuable effects in the drawing of the same floors and walls.

In addition to the strictly pertaining BUILDINGS ON the property it includes 8 hectares of agricultural land located in the wine-growing area "Sovana" d.o.c. on the border with the area "Morellino di Scansano", and half a hectare of forest upstream of the farmhouse.
The house, for its geographical position, is inserted in the center of the most beautiful areas of the Maremma, in a central position between sea and mountains.
